আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি দিই। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমরা পণ্য কুরিয়ারে পাঠাই।
৳4,500 বা তার বেশি অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি ফ্রি।
ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হলে আমাদের ফোন বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ করুন, আমরা কুরিয়ারের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করব।
We deliver all over Bangladesh. We hand your order to the courier within 48 hours of confirming it.
Delivery is free on orders of ৳4,500 or more.
If your order is late, call or WhatsApp us and we'll follow it up with the courier.
পেমেন্ট · Payment
পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে নগদ টাকায় পরিশোধ করুন (ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি)। আগে কোনো টাকা দিতে হবে না।
পণ্যের দাম আর ওপরের ডেলিভারি চার্জ (৳4,500 বা তার বেশি অর্ডারে ফ্রি) ছাড়া আর কোনো খরচ নেই।
Pay in cash when your order arrives (Cash on Delivery). You don't pay anything in advance.
You pay the price shown on the product page plus the delivery charge above (free on orders of ৳4,500 or more), and nothing else.
অর্ডার বাতিল · Cancellation
কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর আগে যেকোনো সময় বিনা খরচে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন। আমাদের ফোন বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ করুন।
কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর পর আপনি দরজায় পার্সেল নিতে অস্বীকার করতে পারবেন।
You can cancel free of charge any time before we hand your order to the courier. Just call or WhatsApp us.
After that, you can refuse the parcel at the door.
ফেরত ও রিফান্ড · Returns and refunds
ডেলিভারির ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে যেকোনো পণ্য বিনা খরচে ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। আমাদের ফোন বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ করুন, আমরা কুরিয়ার পাঠিয়ে পণ্যটি নিয়ে আসব।
ভুল পণ্য, ভাঙা বা খোলা বয়াম, অথবা পণ্যে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে ছবিসহ জানান। আমরা পণ্যটি বদলে দেব, অথবা ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ পুরো টাকা ফেরত দেব।
রিফান্ড ১০ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার বিকাশ, নগদ বা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে পাঠানো হবে। প্রতিটি অভিযোগের উত্তর আমরা ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে দিই।
You can return any product within 15 days of delivery, free. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll send a courier to collect it.
If you receive the wrong product, a broken or opened jar, or something is wrong with it, send us a photo. We'll replace it, or refund the full amount including the delivery charge.
Refunds are paid within 10 days to your bKash, Nagad or bank account. We answer every complaint within 72 hours.
